Privada 68 is a project that enhances the urban image of a private residence neighborhood constructed by QUMA de Hidalgo. The priority of this project is to provide inhabitants with a unique innovative design within the standards of affordable housing developments.
The intervention areas were facades, green areas, and perimetral fences, all incorporating materials already used and known by the company yet giving the image of the area a subtle change of identity.
