Housing development with various types of apartments, villas, amenities, swimming pools, green areas, and recreational common areas for its users. Its main objective is to create a housing complex that is variable, not only in terms of apartment typologies but also in terms of the formal design of the blocks comprising the project. Landscape acts as the complex’s guiding axis that looks for a continuous integration of the project and its relation to the site. The towers are 85.60 meters high and contain 21 residential floors as well as an open-plan ground floor.
Project developed and created in collaboration with Gaeta-Springall Architects.
