The comprehensive design proposal involves integrating green walls, ground-level green spaces, and a rooftop garden.
Project developed and created in collaboration with Verde 360.
Green Wall.
The design of the green walls aims to function as a vertical gardening solution, maximizing greenery in the limited space of the building and improving the site's overall appearance. Additionally, they serve as a distinctive branding tool, promoting an environmentally friendly image.
Strategically positioned, the green walls offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere to both customers and residents, enriching their experience with the presence of lush greenery.

Ground Floor.
The ground floor landscape design aims to create a green public space, promoting social interaction and a sense of community. By maximizing the use of outdoor areas and providing functional spaces for relaxation and recreation, this green space also strives to enhance mental well-being by lowering stress levels. Additionally, the design intends to elevate the visual appeal of outdoor spaces, enhancing their overall beauty and creating a more enjoyable environment for all.

Roof Garden.
The roof garden design proposal seeks to create a private garden for the users of the building. This private open space offers a quiet place in the middle of the urban landscape, providing a place for relaxation, contemplation, and socializing away from the hustle and bustle of the city below. With greenery, seating areas, and amenities such as walking paths, the roof garden enhances the quality of life for building users, promoting mental well-being and fostering a sense of community within the property.
