This project emerged within the framework of a larger initiative known as "Ciudad Bicentenario," which aimed to revitalize the area in the suburbs of Mexico City. The comprehensive goal was to establish an urban environment favorable to enhancing the quality of life for its inhabitants.

The project focused on developing a comprehensive residential complex equipped with essential infrastructure and services essential for promoting a high standard of living. The aim was to create a community hub where residents could carry out their daily activities without traveling hours to the city.

The information below focuses on the Public Library, a vital component within a series of public buildings strategically designed to facilitate the daily routines and aspirations of the local populace.

The comprehensive architectural proposal included:
